BODY AND SOUL ELEMENTS PRODUCT RETURNS OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS For the Body & Soul Element products we are unable to accept RETAIL order returns once they leave our warehouse. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot take a risk of contamination or storage abuse, nor would we be able to sell them to another customer and still guarantee purity of our products. If the products are defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all the shipping materials and do not use the product. Please contact Body and Soul Elements directly to report any damage to USPS. Be sure to always inspect the packages at the time of receipt. If you receive a package that has been damaged, make sure you report this to your carrier. To contact Body and Soul Elements email them at: If Body and Soul Elements does need to authorize a return for any reason, please make sure the items are packed in the original manner so damage does not occur. If there is damage due to inadequate packaging during the return process, no credit will be issued.
